This impressive property on two floors is located at an exceptional place in the touristic area of Bellavista, Cala Blava.



The property has a fantastic terrace and a large swimming pool. It offers 6 bright, and fully air-conditioned bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests, 4 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

In addition, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, sunbeds to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Next to the terrace there is a children's playground, which makes it an ideal property for everyone.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning and central heating throughout.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2 € per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Possibility of adding at least one additional bed for children.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

We had a wonderful holiday at Can Minu. A very nive and spaceious house with a big and perfect garden. Extremly good and easy communication with Portic Villas. We will come back!

Pleasant hollidays in great villa

We were group of 12 people. Adults and children. Still there was one bedroom left without use. The villa is spacious with 3 different terrace. The highest is particularly great for susnset and sunrise watching with a cup of coffe. It was great sitting by big table under gazebo while kids played in the pool. Good location for trips to several places in Palma or some callas. Walking distance ot the sea is about 5 minutes and there are now sandy beaches around in valking distance. You have to take the car and drive 5 minutes to the nearest. There is nothing I would complain about and would love to ome again. ... we have also taken advantage of the large barbecue grill and had several wonderfull dinners with seafood there.

Die Altspanisch hergerichtete Villa ist im Gesamtpaket ganz gut. Sie ist aber leider auch ein wenig verwohnt. Hier könnte mancherlei Badfuge oder Küchenuthensiel auch mal erneuert werden. Die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön. Hier könnten aber die Liegen mit Auflagen mal erneuert werden.Ansonsten ist uns der muffige Geruch aus dem Wintergarten noch negativ aufgefallen. Wie schon oben erwähnt ist die Villa echt schön. Ihr bedarf es einfach mal wieder etwas Zuwändung um sie wieder schick herzurichten.

Perfekt für ein Familientreffen

Reibungslose und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Das Haus liegt nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Felsstrand und 15 Minuten zum Sandstrand. Komplette Ausstattung im Haus, leise Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und Wohnräumen. Ausreichend großer Pool. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung, wir kommen gerne wieder.
