Calma de Son Serra de Marina

One, two, three, four more steps and your holiday fun can begin in the stately, two-storey Villa Calma de Son Serra de Marina. Despite its central location, you are surrounded by greenery as the house is surrounded by a quaint little garden. Enchanted trees provide welcome shade while you make yourself comfortable in the hammock or on one of the loungers. Another plus point: the dense hedge means that nobody can invade your privacy. The covered, tiled terrace can be used as a breakfast area or barbecue corner - either way, you can linger in comfort at the wooden dining table or on the artificial rattan chairs. From spring 2022, the villa will also have a pool. The villa also has several furnished balconies where you can breathe in the fresh Mediterranean sea air at any time. Another practical tip: you can park your hire car directly in front of the house on the paved road.



The combined living/dining room is located on the ground floor of the house. Even if there is not enough space for all guests to snuggle up on the cosy, light-coloured couch when the house is fully occupied, various seating options in this room still allow for a cosy get-together. Light-coloured tiles and lots of wood radiate a pleasantly warm atmosphere and create a relaxed mood as soon as you arrive. The kitchen is right next door and is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and much more. One of the four bedrooms is directly adjacent to the living room, and the smaller shower room is also located on this floor. There are three further bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub on the upper floor. One room has a double bed, one has a bunk bed and the other has two single beds, so everyone will find their favourite place to sleep at Calma de Son Serra de Marina.



Everyone will enjoy the bay of Alcúdia. In addition to a good infrastructure, there are unspoilt landscapes, turquoise blue water and wonderfully fine-grained sand. Shallow, sloping beaches are ideal for families, while adventurous visitors can head to one of the beautiful beach bars or let off steam with kitesurfing. Calma de Son Serra de Marina is located directly on a road, yet the elongated residential area is pleasantly quiet and peaceful. A little tip: The beautiful Llevant Nature Park is a great place for wonderful hikes, climbing high peaks with fantastic views and admiring the unspoilt rock formations. The historic artists' town of Artà invites you to take a relaxing stroll through the winding alleyways and also boasts one of the most beautiful markets on the island. Beach lovers can enjoy the day at the Torrent des Revellar or drive a few kilometres further to Son Real, Son Baulo or the livelier town of Can Picafort. The well-equipped Villa Calma de Son Serra de Marina is located in the east of Mallorca, in the beautiful and popular bay of Alcúdia. Practical: supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The wonderfully unspoilt Torrent des Revellar beach can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. Excursions to the medieval town of Artà can also be easily organised from here.
