Tall palm trees and Mediterranean trees characterise the outdoor area of this farmhouse near Artà in the east of the island. The sunbathing lawn and the swimming pool with blue mosaic and sun loungers offer plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors. A tent with sofa and armchair awaits you on the terrace and a dining table under the veranda. There is even a second dining table on the other side, so you can choose the ideal spot for any time of day.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The house offers a cosy ambience in pleasantly bright rooms with lots of wood and in classic Mallorcan style. In the living-dining room there are several ways to make yourself comfortable, either on the large sofa or at the dining table or cocktail table. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the best conditions for preparing delicious meals. Three comfortably furnished bedrooms are available for relaxing evenings. Two bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling showers round off the comfort of this Mallorcan farmhouse.
Thanks to its location, you can quickly reach various beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The nearest beaches are just 11 and 12 kilometres away.
