The terraces of this Can Terrasa farmhouse extend in different directions and are characterised by natural stone and Mediterranean trees, which create a peaceful atmosphere.







You will find comfortable seating in front of and behind the house and there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool for all sun-seekers and a practical outdoor shower for a refreshing dip. Make sure you take time every day to relax outdoors and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.



From the pool-facing terrace, several floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly into the spacious dining and living rooms. The cosy ambience with pastel-coloured walls, lots of wood, stylish furniture and colourful accents makes this single-storey house really inviting. Light fills the living spaces, including the fully equipped kitchen, and emphasises the charm of the house. You will find three comfortably furnished bedrooms, complemented by two bathrooms, each with a shower. The beautiful large hallway welcomes you as you enter through the main entrance and sets the scene for a wonderful holiday experience.



This charming holiday home in Mallorca is located in a rural and quiet triangle with the villages of Capdepera (approx. 4 km) and Canyamel (approx. 6 km). Capdepera is a good place for shopping, especially on Wednesdays when it is market day. A visit to Artà, which like Capdepera has retained its original character, should not be missed - it is just over 10 minutes away by car. Inviting beaches can also be reached quickly by hire car.
