This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay, perfect for families with children. Whether you’re planning a family holiday or a romantic getaway, our house and its charming terrace will win you over with their immediate proximity to the lake, a variety of water activities, the ocean, and a quiet, green neighborhood just steps from Léon's shops.
Recharge in this fully equipped house with an outdoor terrace and plancha, surrounded by greenery, plus free private parking on site.
Sleeping arrangements:

- 1 bedroom with a bed for 1 adult or 2 children (120)
Ideal location: 300 m from shops, 5 minutes to the lake, 10 minutes to the ocean. Discover local Landes specialties and traditions, and enjoy dancing in a friendly atmosphere at the village festivals!
Sheets and household linen are not provided (duvets and pillows are included). No cleaning fee is applied: you are asked to leave the house clean, especially the floors, kitchen, and bathroom (shower, mirrors). Cleaning supplies are available. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee if needed. This extra fee will also apply if cleaning is not done.
