Schönes älteres Einfamilienhaus in guter Lage von Moliets-et-Maa, abseits der Touristenströme auf den Campingplätzen und trotzdem nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und war bei Bezug sauber, das Pool ist auch älter, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen…

Super séjour en famille à proximité du golf et de l'océan

Location agréable et calme , très bien située pour les amateurs de golf. La piscine abritée avec la terrasse est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant nous a donnés de bonnes adresses pour profiter au mieux de celle jolie région.

Très belles vacances dans cette maison très agréable, très bien conçue et bien placée. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Malgré l'océan, la piscine est un plus ! La localisation en lisière de golf fait aussi du bien ! je recommande vivement.

Familientaugliche Villa mit Pool in schöner Lage 15 min zu Fuss vom Meer

Die Villa ist groß, geräumig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuss 15 min sehr schöner Spazierweg zum Meer. Der Pool ist das Highlight des Ganzen. Mit fester Poolabdeckung, die weggeschoben werden kann, so dass auch mit kleineren Kindern kein Sicherheitsproblem entsteht. Hält den Pool auch sehr schön warm und sauber. Der Vermieter Monsieur Horgue spricht sehr gut deutsch und hilft bei Bedarf bei allem mit Rat und Tat und sehr vielen guten Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir hatten eine tolle, leider zu kurze Woche und können die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und diskret. Die Untekunft ist relativ geräumig und sauber. Es fehlt nichts. Der Pool und der Garten sind gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Fußläufig ist alles zu wrreichen was man benötigt: Supermarkt, Lokale, ein atemberaubender Strand, Golfplatz und Wanderwege durch die zauberhaften Pinienwälder. Prospekte für Ausflüge für jeden Geschmack, sind von dem Vermieter liebevoll für seine Gäste zusammengestellt worden. Volle Punktzahl....Herzlichen Dank!

Superbe!!! Michel est très avenant et super cool. La piscine est juste topissime !! La maison juste parfaite. L'emplacement de la location , a 900m de la plage !!! Rien a dire, juste je vous conseille vivement cette location. Et Moliets est une ville très sympa. J'y retourne dès que je peux.

Das geräumige, sehr schön und in jeder Hinsicht komplett eingerichtete Haus bietet genügend Platz für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Ruhe des Anwesens sehr genossen. Auch der Pool ist sauber und einladend. Monsieur und Madame Horgue haben alles dafür getan, um den Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Ein Ordner, in dem sich alle Prospekte der Region befinden, ist liebevoll zusammengestellt. Monsieur Horgue spricht fließend deutsch und gibt selbst auch Tipps zu Restaurants, dem Rabatt beim Fahrradverleih etc. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Vielen Dank, Familie Horgue!

Une grande maison agréable avec une piscine sympa

Maison en tous points conforme à la description .... Tout confort : plaques induction, frigo Américain, buanderie, jeux de société... Elle est bien situé à 900 m des plages et des commerces et se trouve dans un quartier calme. Les propriétaires très sympathiques nous ont donné de bons conseils de visite, restaurants et ils ont tout une documentation à disposition. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances en famille.

"egend von Moliets, somit kannten wir vorab bereits unseren Vermieter, der in den Jahren auch öfters einmal unser behandelnder Arzt Vorort war. Wie die Behandlung, so war auch sein Haus optimal für uns als 5 köpfige Familie passend. Die Beschreibung passt mit dem Original überein-- alles im allem nur zu empfehlen."
