Mediterranean and modern apartment with jacuzzi, washing machine, barbecue
This new three-bedroom apartment with a floor space of 100 m² offers you a comfortable, open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining and seating area. Large glass doors and windows connect it to the outdoor terrace and garden. Outside, you can enjoy a dip in the private whirlpool and prepare your dinners in the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area. Both the living area and the bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed, and one bedroom has a bunk bed. This means that a maximum of six guests can stay in the apartment. When you rent this apartment, bed linen and a set of towels per person per week are provided. The price includes tourist tax, parking, Wi-Fi and satellite TV channels. Pets are not allowed in this apartment and the main tenant must be at least 25 years old. A perfect place for families and friends!
