Honorable living on the rear Kassberg

General Information:
This modernly furnished apartment is located on the rear slope of the Kassberg and is ideally situated on a quiet side street, not far from the city centre and easily accessible from the Rottluff highway exit. There is plenty of free parking in the area.

All rooms in the apartment enjoy plenty of natural light, and since it’s on the ground floor, there aren’t many stairs to climb. With its new and functional furnishings, we aim to provide our guests with a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

The cosy bedroom comfortably accommodates two people, as does the fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The adjoining room features a workspace and a single bed for a fifth person.

The Accommodation:
We have completely renovated the entire apartment and furnished it with care. Therefore, we ask that you treat the furniture and household items with care.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll find everything you need there. In addition to a good selection of tea, there is a Tassimo machine with coffee capsules available for your use.

Guest Access:
Self-check-in is available for the apartment. However, since we live right nearby, we’re happy to assist with any questions or provide information.

Additional important information:
For longer stays, we offer a free towel and linens change service.

For an extensive TV experience, there is cable TV with numerous German and several international channels. In addition, the TV comes with free Netflix access.
