Chez Coco is, above all, a family home. Built in 1930 and lovingly renovated for over three years, it offers a warm, comfortable, and welcoming space designed for gathering, sharing, and disconnecting.



A home made for togetherness: it accommodates up to 10 guests (up to 12 with the sofa bed) with a large, bright living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace, and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing.



Moments for everyone: game room (foosball, pool table, darts), heated outdoor jacuzzi for 6, pétanque court, and a large garden being landscaped.



Nature and convenience: located just outside Mauriac on the road to Salers and Aurillac, the house offers a natural setting while remaining close to shops and services.



Good to know: pets allowed under conditions (max. 2). The house has 2 levels with 3 steps at the entrance. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor with bathroom and WC. The game room is in the basement. Bed linens, towels, and baby equipment are provided.
