Families benefit from a ski storage room, baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. The bedrooms are on the quiet hillside with smaller windows—perfect for restful sleep thanks to cool temperatures, peace, and darkness. Each room has individually adjustable ventilation.

There are 2 shared outdoor parking spaces and a shared garage parking spot. A communal charging station for electric vehicles is available on site. One pet is allowed.
