This 65-square-meter holiday rental, which was completely renovated and refurnished in September 2024, is centrally located in Central Thuringia and can accommodate up to 4 people. This modern apartment features a bedroom with two single beds—which can be arranged as a double bed upon request—a closet, and nightstands; a living room with a sleeper sofa and a single bed; a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer; and a very well-equipped kitchen. In addition to dishes, silverware, and glasses, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. The living room also features a dining area, a 55-inch TV, and an Xbox 360 with various games and DVDs. The apartment also has its own terrace surrounded by greenery with seating. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Preference is given to technicians and tradespeople. Included amenities: parking, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Distances: Arnstadt 7 km, Ichtershausen 10 km, Erfurt 15 km, Weimar 40 km.
