Velká Javorská is a lovingly restored historic farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Bohemian Central Mountains (České středohoří). A place with soul—quiet, spacious, and ideal for spending time together, unwinding, or working creatively.

The house accommodates up to 11 guests and combines traditional charm with stylish comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, a cosy lounge, a piano, and direct access to the garden. Perfect for long evenings, cooking together, or inspiring conversations.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, a large shared bedroom with a children’s corner, two bathrooms, and an additional children’s room—ideal for families or groups of friends.

Outside, the garden—designed to blend seamlessly with nature—invites you to relax: with a heated hot tub for 6–8 people, a swing, a trampoline, a treehouse, an outdoor kitchen, and a grill. A wonderful place to unwind under the starry sky or let children play freely.

Velká Javorská is perfect for family holidays, groups of friends, or work retreats. The house is always available exclusively to guests, with no owners present, and features free on-site parking.
