Haus Olymp WE 28: spacious and modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

This bright and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 76 m²) on the 3rd floor (top floor) is highly functional and fully furnished. The entryway, living room, kitchen area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled; the flooring in the two bedrooms is laminate wood.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable sofas, an armchair with a footstool and a coffee table, a separate dining table with six chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to a small, sunny balcony (facing west) with two chairs and a small table. Here, you can sit back and relax while enjoying a sweeping view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn and, in the evenings, savour the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a small table. There is also a TV available in this room.

The separate second bedroom features two freestanding single beds and a wardrobe. From this room, you have access to a second small balcony (also facing west).

The pull-out single beds or bunk beds in the second bedroom provide additional sleeping space for a fifth or sixth is provided by the pull-out single beds / bunk beds in the second bedroom.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

To wash your holiday clothes, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom, which guests can use free of charge.

In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) and shoe rack in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed in the courtyard of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

The lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor all the way up to the top floor.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive nights) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
