Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 253: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

This modern, quiet 3-room apartment 253 (approx. 51 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor of Building C (no lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway—which features a coat rack, built-in closet, chest of drawers, bench, and wall mirror—you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious and tastefully furnished living/dining room, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony), includes a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; as well as a sideboard and various shelves.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a DAB+/FM radio with Bluetooth. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’re also happy to provide a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. For a “quick snack,” the kitchen area also features a breakfast bar with 2 bistro stools.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious closet is located in the hallway near the entrance.

In a niche of the living room, separated by a curtain, there is another small sleeping area with 2 separate single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) and a nightstand with a nightlight. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both sleeping areas are equipped with blackout curtains or roller shades.

The modern bathroom, newly renovated in 2025, features a real-glass shower with a floor-level entry (senior-friendly!), a vanity with a base cabinet, a toilet, a shelf, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large entryway (with a chest of drawers, closet, bench, and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious entry area.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and can be used by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” car park located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” car park located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people. If occupied by more than 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person applies for the 4th person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
