Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 247: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

The modern, beachfront 2-room apartment 247 (approx. 44 m²) on the ground floor of Building C offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and spacious living/dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch, armchairs, an ottoman, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and a chest of drawers.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio, CD, DVD, and MP3 players. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, a coat rack, and a wall mirror. You can store your clothes in a large walk-in closet (in the adjoining room).

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or roller shades.

The modern bathroom features a real-glass shower (senior-friendly(!) with a low threshold) with an integrated rain showerhead, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet with a wall mirror in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna world (with indoor and outdoor areas), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth and log cabin saunas, and steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” car park located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” car park located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person applies for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
