This charming two bedroom one bath home is located in the heart of historic Grand Rivers, KY. Stay here and you will be in the center of all the lakes area has to offer. This vacation home is within walking distance from both Kentucky and Barkley lakes. These lakes are famous for their bountiful fishing as well as recreation. There are public/free launch ramps available for you to enjoy time on the beautiful lakes. Bring your own boat or rent one at many of the near by marinas.

If you are a land lover come and enjoy nature at its finest at the beautiful Land Between the Lakes Recreation area (LBL). LBL is the perfect place to get your fix of hiking, biking, nature viewing or just enjoying a leisurely drive through this picturesque country side.

And don't forget dinning out. When staying here you will be next door to the famous Patti's 1880's Restaurant and Settlement. Enjoy a delicious meal and walk off dessert at one of the many shops located in the settlement.

Stay here and you wont want to leave.

This house has all the luxuries of home. It comes with a full size washer and dryer, and the kitchen features a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, dinner wear, utensils and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six as well as a breakfast nook for smaller gatherings. The living room has a 55 inch flatscreen smart TV, wi-fi, comfortable couch, arm chair and side chair.

There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other, both with new mattresses and spacious closets and dressers. The living room and dining room are beautifully decorated with a combination of traditional and modern pieces that give it a cozy and inviting feel with new carpet throughout.

Enjoy the outdoors and some privacy while sitting on the back patio. A patio table, four chairs, and sunbrella are included or choose to sit on the front porch swing and say hello to passers by. This property also features a covered carport, paved driveway and a large yard.

This is a cute little home in a great location. Easy walking distance to Patti's Settlement and downtown Grand Rivers and a nice starting spot for adventures all over the Land-Between-The-Lakes region. Tge house was clean and pretty well stocked. The bonus is the view and welcoming committee - numerous deer and birds in the backyard throughout our visit. Owners were responsive and helpful and the check-in and check-out process were easy.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We went back and forth to Green Turtle Bay where we have family, and it was an easy golf cart ride. The yard and back deck are lovely.

Peaceful and adorable

We loved staying here. It was clean, close to restaurants and the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was a piece of cake. We enjoyed our stay with them and would stay again!

While the hubby's boat was getting repairs, we needed a place to land in Grand Rivers. This was PERFECT! Always had deer to watch a few times a day in the back yard which was alot of fun. Very peaceful setting! The owners were awesome and super to work with. Responsive, Flexible and generous! Can't recommend this cute little home enough!!
