A cosy 180x200cm box-spring bed awaits you in the bedroom. From the sunny balcony you can look over a small stream to the neighbouring biotope. In the living room you will find a cosy round dining area, a comfortable 140x195cm sofa bed and HD Sat TV, BluRay player and a hi-fi radio for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill function and of course all cooking utensils. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course available. The bathroom with bathtub and skylight is bright and cosy. An electric barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings on the balcony.
The flat also has Wi-Fi, a smoke detector, an air purifier with Hepa14 filter, a hand sanitiser dispenser, a bicycle stand at the entrance to the flat, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
