Cozy detached simple bungalow within walking distance of Lake Veere (beach) and marina. Kortgene has a charming center with various terraces and restaurants.
Lovely quiet location in the “Deltona” holiday park with all amenities within easy reach. Features include 3 (small) bedrooms, living room with French doors to the terrace. The house is located on a quiet field near a beautiful cycling route.

Layout: Ground floor;
Porch/entrance hall, dining room and living room with French doors to the terrace, simple kitchen with appliances: gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, simple bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 
Two bedrooms with 1 single bed. 
Outside: spacious (partially) fenced garden with wooden garden shed equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

General:
The house is suitable for up to 4 people.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited.
This house is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23.
Pets are not allowed.
A deposit is required.
Please note: sheets and towels are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee.
This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit einem großzügigem Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur das Bett im Eltern Schlafzimmer ist etwas zu schmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
