Inside, a private 90m² floor, accessed via a private staircase, awaits you, guaranteeing your comfort. This contains a spacious living area with a soft sofa and satellite TV, a breakfast nook equipped with a dining table, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer and a possibility to wash dishes. Although a fully equipped kitchen is missing, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided. The sleeping quarters include two attractively furnished rooms, one with an electrically adjustable double bed and one with two single box-spring beds, which promise a good night's sleep. There is also a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.

The garden forms an exclusive paradise for our guests, a secluded green haven perfect for moments of relaxation and contemplation. Recognised and admired by the "Offener Garten" Gesellschaft der Staudenfreunde, the garden offers a serene setting surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants where guests can relax.
