The Tiny House not only impresses with its practical layout, but also with its full air conditioning, which ensures pleasant temperatures in all areas. The two bedrooms offer sufficient privacy and comfort for all guests, while the bathroom is functionally equipped (please note that the Tiny is not connected to the water supply in winter. You can shower and wash up in the former boiler room. The Tiny is equipped with a Clesana waterless welding toilet. The space is complemented by additional features such as a filter coffee machine and a kettle, which make your stay even more pleasant.

Outside, the terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in the open air, whether having breakfast or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. The garden, intended for communal use, is another plus point of this accommodation and allows you to enjoy the Franconian air to the full. An outdoor hot tub and facilities such as table tennis, billiards and table football provide additional fun and relaxation.
