Outside, relax in the private garden, by the private barbecue, or on either the covered or open terrace—all offering stunning mountain views. The peaceful setting, on the edge of the forest and by the river, is perfect for unwinding.



There are 2 shared parking spaces available. One pet is welcome. Parties are not allowed. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away for more activities.



The property is part of a residential holiday park established in 1984, open all year in a quiet setting. This authentic family village is close to major Alpine attractions: Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), and Samoëns (just 3 km). You’re 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from Grand Massif. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, and food truck. Leisure facilities include a playground for children (6-12 years), a games room with pool and ping-pong, and a pétanque court in summer.
