About this property

Wooden detached house with stunning views of the sea: ideal resort

Frist of all I want to specify that the originality of my rental - house entirely made of isolated wood in the middle of the maquis - has a certain charm but can have disadvantages for a certain public ( possible presence of insects, the opening of two doors is forced because of the woodwarpening ...).
To be brief : absolute panorama and tranquility, in a "countryside" atmosphere. The house has all the comforts (good bedding, equipment, utensils) but is not "pretty" ( i mean the interior) .
The property is not really suitable for fans of sanitized atmospheres or people sensitive to interior decoration.
I prefer to clarify these points before giving you a detailed description of the property.
The cottage (built in 2004) is a hard structure, colonial (the wood comes from Brazil) and living in the year. It is surrounded by a fence to prevent access - 1000 m2. However, it is located on an area of ​​4 hectares (scrub oak) isolated except for an individual dwelling 200m. Its position balcony and isolation give the place a stunning panoramic view of the sea, the plains surrounding villages. The Village of Santa Maria Poggio is 1km. Ideal for those seeking seclusion. even if all the facilities (shopping-entertainment-care etc ...) are within 5-10 minutes drive. The path is private ..
The area where the house is located is the Costa Verde formerly Murianinchu. The interests of the region lie in several aspects. First, there is a balcony overlooking the sea. Advanced relief to Côte offers Villages in the area (Santa Maria Poggio, CERVIONE San NICOLAO especially at home where you reside) a lookout position. It is also a place of character handy Castagniccia, the Costa Verde is one of the cradles of eternal Corsica: Traditional villages timeless chestnut ... The area is quiet and protected from tourist track. You can quietly enjoy the beaches (sand) before rising stress in the Village (5-7 min) .A also note the presence of a Marina: boat rentals, diving ...

Mooi, houten huis in een prachtige, rustige omgeving. Vrij uitzicht naar de bergen en de zee. Voldoende elektrische apparaten, die ook werken. De inrichting van de keuken met kommen, pannen e.d. zou iets aangepast kunnen worden. Het huis was vrij goed schoon. We werden gastvrij ontvangen met lekker eten voor het ontbijt (we kwamen laat in de avond aan).De matrassen waren voor mij te hard (latex).

Traumhaft schön und einfach perfekt

Wir waren hier mit unseren beiden Söhnen und haben den Aufenthalt einfach hur genossen. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool und vor allem die Aussicht sind phänomenal!!! Lorant als Gastgeber äußerst bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Schon vor der Anreise umsichtig und hilfsbereit, waren wie voller Vorfreude. Julia hat uns mit vielen Tips und Infos das Haus gezeigt und zum Abschluss hat uns Lorant dann mit eine kulinarischen Geschenk verabschiedet… wir sind bei unseren Reisen zwar nur sehr selten zwei Mal am selben Ort - nach einem Tag im Büro hab ich mir aber schon mehr als die Terasse und die Ruhe des Ferienhauses herbei gesehnt!!! Vielen Dank für die traumhafte Zeit!!!!!

Wunderbares Haus mit grossartiger Aussicht

Wir haben genau das gefunden, wonach wir gesucht hatten: Ruhe, Entspannung, Bewegungsfreiheit für unsere Hunde und eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Chalet ist alleinstehend und komplett eingezäunt mittels einer gut befahrbaren Privatstrasse zu erreichen. Alles in allem Erholung pur.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum - genau das, was wir gesucht haben und uns anhand der Fotos erwartet hatten. Alleinlage im Hang, wunderschöne Panorama-Aussicht, gepflegter Pool. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Wunderschöne Strände, die wir fast für uns allein hatten (Reisezeit Ende August/Anfang September). Laurent war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Traumhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir durften zwei herrliche Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Gegend. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und die Aussicht ist klasse. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Magnifique maison en bois, très bien équipée avec une vue mer magnifique. La piscine a fait joie de toute la famille ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a aidés pour tout vraiment une location à recommander le village au dessus est ravissant et les balades aussi la maison est très agréable avec ses terrasses et la piscine il faut toutefois une voiture pour aller à la plage

I'm 48 years old and I run a family business. I'm very linked to this place because here are my family roots and all what I love: nature, sea. I love the outdoor, big spaces, sailing. Maybe we can share this passion?

Why they chose this property

The house is on a ground which have been belonging to my family...for at least 200 years...It was a big garden ( fruits trees) thanks to the water in the place ( the name of the property is Acqualina). I have some memories of these times. My grand father gave up the exploitation in the mid seventies. I've also a picture of the place from 1900 (!) which immortalize a 'merendella'( a lunch outdoor for the easter monday)...my grand father was 4 years old ... Just to explain what worth the place is for me.

What makes this property unique

The position is definitely the ADVANTAGE of the location:
- like a belvedere it offers an exceptional sight on the coast, and far in the sea, the island of the toscan archipelago (Capraia, Elba, Pianosa, Monte Cristo)
- isolated from the village and other houses,it guarantees an absolute quiet
- it's like a one minute drive from the village of Santa Maria POGGIO, 3 mn from CERVIONE, 7 mn from the beaches and MORIANI, it's close from anything you could be in search of ( typicality, leasures, services...)
