Welcome to the Düne 53° holiday rental, your modern retreat for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was extensively renovated and completely refurnished during the winter of 2025/2026 and now features a bright, contemporary design with great attention to detail.

Please note that, unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests travelling with infants or toddlers under 3 years of age.

Spanning 50 m² and located on the mezzanine level, the apartment accommodates up to three people. Two cosy bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe; the second has a single bed (100 x 195 cm). Both bedrooms can be partially darkened with wooden pleated blinds—perfect for sleeping in late.

The open-concept living area invites you to linger. Here you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a selection of books and games for relaxing moments. The modern kitchenette has everything you need: a stove with a 4-burner cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an air fryer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are all at your disposal. Unfortunately, there is no oven. A large, modern kitchen island connects the kitchen and living area, creating the ideal setting for social evenings.

From the living room, you have direct access to the covered south-facing balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture—the perfect spot for breakfast in the sun or a relaxing end to the day.

The bathroom rounds out the high level of comfort in this holiday rental. It is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rack, offering everything you need for a relaxing start to the day or a refreshing shower after a day of holiday.

Convenient: A shared washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement. Contactless check-in and check-out ensure flexible arrival and departure times. The apartment is heated by night storage heaters and electric radiators.
