This stylishly furnished, spacious single-family home with an indoor pool, sauna, and private garden is the ideal holiday home for your winter or summer getaway. It offers plenty of space and comfort for families and groups of friends—up to 8 people—and is situated in a stunning location between Lake Chiemsee and the mountains in the small, idyllic village of Erlstätt.
Here you’ll find a little bit of everything: Stylish living in one of Bavaria’s most beautiful regions, a fantastic range of wellness options in the area, traditional and surprisingly innovative dining, and, of course, sports activities and highlights in the mountains and at Lake Chiemsee, as well as cultural and shopping trips to nearby Salzburg.
In this approximately 210-square-meter single-family home with high-quality amenities (including underfloor heating, a water softener, and Wi-Fi throughout the house), you’ll find: 4 beautiful bedrooms with new, high-quality mattresses. Two of the rooms have balconies and mountain views. A fully equipped, modern kitchen with direct access to the stylish dining area. A spacious, bright living area with a couch area, a reading/chill-out corner, and three patio doors providing direct access to the private garden. Large bathroom (with a huge walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and 2 sinks), a separate guest bathroom, and an additional area with a shower. Highlight: Relax in the private wellness area with a heated indoor pool (6.5 x 3 m) and a large sauna.
With its garden and other areas, such as a sunroom with a dining area or a small home library, our holiday home offers plenty of space for evenings together, but also enough quiet spots to unwind and relax.
The house has been family-owned since it was built and has just been freshly renovated. For the new interior design, we drew inspiration from our other holiday homes in Ibiza and Bad Gastein, creating a harmonious blend of chalet style with an urban touch using antiques and modern stylish furniture. The holiday home is perfectly located for your summer and winter holidays: fantastic hiking and biking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails. It’s just a 4-minute drive to Lake Chiemsee and 3 minutes to a hidden forest lake; 3 minutes; to the nearest mountain railway/ski run (Hochfelln), 12 minutes; to the Steinplatte/Winkelmoosalm ski area (with guaranteed snow) on the German-Austrian border, 30 minutes; to Ruhpolding/ Biathlon Arena 20 minutes, to Salzburg a good 30 minutes, and to relaxing wellness (winter) thermal baths and day spas: 15–25 minutes.
