About this property

Gite L'albizia – In the Heart of Périgord

Set in the former barn of the farm, the gite is attached to the property. Independent and comfortable, it offers 35 m² on the first floor overlooking the pool and shared garden. Facing south, the "Albizia" gite opens onto nature.



Heated pool and spa, shared with other guests and the owners, are open from June 1st to September 30th. Garden tables and chairs are available under the walnut tree next to the pétanque court.



The living area features a sofa, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hobs, oven, filter and espresso coffee makers, and kettle. Sleeping area with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a double sofa (140 cm) in the living room. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Heated towel rail and wardrobe.



For one-night stays, breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.



Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Linen provided: sheets, towels, and tea towels.



Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, Dordogne, near Sarlat-la-Canéda.
