The house is located in the quiet holiday home community 't Zijper Eilant, which consists of 125 homes and is considered pleasantly relaxed even during peak season. Guests have access to numerous recreational activities free of charge: a nearby swimming pool, a well-equipped children’s playground, and a variety of fishing opportunities. The complex also features a marina where guests can dock their own boats.

On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. It features a refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher, as well as all necessary cooking utensils. The living room extends all the way up to the roof ridge and is furnished with comfortable furniture. An open fireplace provides cosy warmth on cooler or rainy days. For entertainment, there is satellite TV, a selection of books, and various games. From the dining area, you have direct access to the patio with an adjoining garden and patio furniture.

Also on the ground floor are a twin bedroom with a loft bed and a changing table, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a practical storage room with an oven, a second refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, and the central gas heating system.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open loft area and a bedroom with a double bed and spacious built-in closets.
