House Rules and Regulations

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Please let us know in advance if you require flexibility with these times.

Pool Use and Safety:

The pool is available from 8 am to 6 pm.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.
No diving or running around the pool area.
Please shower before entering the pool.
Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

No Parties or Large Gatherings:
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house should not exceed the number of beds.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Damage Policy:

We understand that accidents happen but any damages to the property or its contents should be reported immediately.

Safety and Legal Advice

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.

The apartment 202 is located in block C on the the second floor. Access is via key box which is located at the parking spot C202. The code will be available for you around 2 hours before check-in time.

1. Taxis are available at Larnaca Airport. The journey to Panorama Gardens Apartments is about 45 minutes to an hour.
2. We recommend confirming the fare before starting your journey
