San Juan Suites - Valley Farm -Pet Friendly Condo Studio in Heart of Friday Harbor! Valley Farm offers a comfortable living area with a love seat sofa, easy chair, entertainment center with Blue Ray-DVD and HDTV with satellite television and a private outdoor balcony with a propane BBQ. One king bed and one queen Aerobed for set up in the open studio. Enjoy historic views of classic downtown Friday Harbor from this second-floor suite. The block surrounding the San Juan Suites offers many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice-cream shops and art galleries, all within walking distance. On Saturday mornings the local San Juan Island Farmer's Market is a 1 minute walk from the San Juan Suites!

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and flat-ware needed to prepare everything from morning coffee and toast to a full meal. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 4 and a great view. This studio is furnished with a King size bed fitted with luxurious linens for a relaxing stay and the second bed provided is a Queen Aero-bed mattress.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry for those wishing to leave their car behind on the mainland. However, parking is available for those who bring a car. One car per unit.

This suite has good cell phone reception.

Street view

1 dog per reservation with a pet fee. Dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. House trained. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on any furniture, including bed and bedding. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside in the common hallway

Guests traveling with a dog will enjoy close access to the local dog park "Eddie and Friends Dog Park", or many other local parks including Sunken Park, Jackson Beach, and LaFarge Open Space.

This unit is equipped with Central Air.

This property has an adjoining door with Channel Room, which can be unlocked for joint groups.

This unit is not recommended for those with a young child.

There is not an elevator in the building, climbing a flight of 18 stairs is required.

Friday Harbor Getaway

We had a fabulous stay at this property in Friday Harbor. Great location in walking distance to the ferry and all of the shops / restaurants. The condo was super clean and well maintained. We will absolutely come back to this little gem in the future!

Prime location!

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights. It was a perfect location to just walk out the door and walk around Friday Harbor. It was very spacious, and one unexpected benefit is that it smells so wonderful because it is right above the business of Island Thyme, which sells botanical-based scents!

Off season visit

Enjoyed the stay. Just one block from the ferry terminal and walking distance to restaurants, brewery, coffee shops. Unit had an equipped kitchen and dish network television service. The gated parking was great and only 20 min to get to roach harbor. Would stay here again

Central and convenient studio

My friend and I had a great stay! She brought her dog, and it was really easy to find places that were pet friendly to eat at right by our rental. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the heart of Friday Harbor, especially since the market and shops are just a minute walk. Comfortable bed, easy check in process, comfortable seating, great location…I will definitely try to rent this again the next time I visit.

Wonderful escape!

Took an opportunity to work remote from Friday Harbor sharing the time exploring the island. Trip came together easily/perfectly. The central location in town with parking included is ideal, and unit size and amenities met all our needs. Enjoyed and will come again!

Fantastic Location, Cozy Space

I took my mom to SJI for an early Mother's Day getaway, and this is where we stayed. I've stayed at various spots on the island, but never in Friday Harbor proper. This place was perfect! Right in the heart of things, food and coffee just outside your door (bonus, the unit is just above the lavender store so there's a faint, relaxing sent in the air). Loved that the farmer's market on Saturday was a few steps up the alley that's just across the street. It was clean. Spacious. Well equipped. The small deck was nice. Communication from the management company was thorough and clear. Loved it!

Great walking location, cozy studio.

We had a good stay here, everything was as advertised. Great location if you want to walk around Friday Harbor. Pretty much 2 blocks from everything and right next to the ferry queue. Please note it is a dog-friendly room, so if you have allergies that may be a problem. We told the property management that we were having an allergic reaction and they gave us extra sheets to cover the couches and a freshly washed comforter. That did the trick. The managers were friendly and helpful. Note, if you are bringing a dog, there aren't a lot of grassy places nearby for your dog to relieve themselves. Everything is concrete.

Almost Perfect!!

Place was immaculately clean! The exception was the ceiling fan in the bathroom and the dust on top of the very tall bed headboard. My husband is VERY tall, so we grabbed the vacuum from the hall and took care of it.😊 The furniture is different than pictured. There was only one small loveseat. It needed another chair and an ottoman so we could relax comfortably in front of the fire and enjoy a football game on the tv or sit and read. Again, tall husband, short wife who needs a foot rest. ☺️It was a rainy weekend and we ended up bringing in our zero gravity lawn chairs to relax in. I assume the reason for this is lack of seats is to leave room for the aerobed, but if the tv were wall mounted there could still be enough room I think. These are just my suggestions on how it could be better, BUT we loved it and will be back! It was so clean and well stocked and everything was high quality. Great location! Close walk to absolutely everything we wanted or needed. Friendly guys we encountered that were there to clean the other units. I left my hair straightener and the office called me and is mailing it back to me. All instructions and communications were clear and simple. It was a perfect place for 2 of us. Would be too small for 4 adults, but 2 adults and a child or two would work fine. But again, need more living area seating. The lavender store below filled the stairs with an amazing fragrance. Can not wait to go back. May rent the other units as well and bring some friends!

Excellent. The description does not match reality. I thought it was a farm. Surprised there were so many steps. Hard to find access to apartment. Could have been much better description like "blue building on first street. Not grannys way. I had to call to get help.

Great location

We loved staying here because of the location. The apartment was right in the middle of town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. One block up from the ferry terminal. It’s nice and bright inside. The mattress was creaky on my side but comfortable. It’s nice they provided one parking spot since street parking is only 2 hours and has limited spots during the day but the spots are small so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a full size truck. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit has lots of light. On the second floor. It was an easy location. We brought our small dog which was only a drawback for us because although the dog park was about a block away, there were some druggies there and I was scared to go alone.
