The FeWo's Uhl holiday apartments—“Kleines Resort” (ground floor)—were completed in 2025 and offer optimally utilised living space of approximately 37 m² with stylish, high-quality furnishings.
All apartments have been furnished with great care and attention to detail and feature a spacious outdoor area that invites you to relax.

Here you’ll find a first-class retreat right in the heart of Bad Neuenahr, as well as the ideal starting point for excursions into the Ahr Valley and the surrounding region.

The holiday rentals are located at Ahrstraße 10, centrally situated in the pedestrian zone yet quietly tucked away in the courtyard of a commercial building. Retail stores, a department store, a bakery, restaurants, cafés, and the banks of the Ahr are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Car parking spaces and additional parking options for long-term parkers are located about 300 metres away. Several parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles are available in the courtyard of the holiday apartments.
E-bikes can be charged free of charge.
Parking cars in the courtyard of the holiday apartments is not permitted.

The construction of the holiday apartments meets the current, strict material and climate standards of modern building practices. This includes, in particular, very good insulation values as well as excellent soundproofing in the walls, windows, and doors.
The apartments are heated using climate-neutral district heating.
