Enjoy your stay in a simple, comfortable, and very nice house, located in Maracaípe, where you can practice lots of aquatic sports. It´s close to good bars and restaurants, small markets, five minutes walk to the beach, and ten minutes walk to Pontal.
You are paying for two houses, each one with: two bedrooms(with air conditioning), two full bathrooms, one equipped kitchen(refrigerator, fridge, stove, dishes, pots, silverware), and one big living room with cable TV. Internet Wi-Fi, big backyard with a private pool, grill, and one bathroom. Four parking spaces, and a 6500L container of water. Also, you can find fruit trees like acerola, mango, coconut, pitanga, and lemon.

Excelente fim de semana

Reservei esta propriedade para reunir a família num fim de semana , os proprietários (Lucas e Carmela) foram super atenciosos, respondendo as mensagens rapidamente, o caseiro um senhor super gentil e prestativo, enfim foi uma experiência muito boa, na próxima vez que retornar ao Brasil tentarei alugar esta propriedade outra vez, a única sugestão aos proprietários é que deixe claro sobre o consumo da energia no anúncio, no mais totalmente recomendo esta propriedade.

Um ambiente tranquilo, bem localizada e perto de tudo e de fácil acesso. A rua é bem calma, dá para dormir e descansar em pleno silêncio. Existe padaria e um mercadinho para eventual necessidade de comprar algum produto caso falte em casa. Fica bem perto da vila de porto de galinhas e das piscinas naturais. A casa tem quase tudo que precisamos. Recomendo ao próprietário apenas a conpra de um freezer, e um microondas. Minha família e eu ficamos bastante felizes. Recomendo a casa. Vale a pena.

Gostei muito das casas geminadas, são bastante agradáveis, é de fácil localização, é bem segura, a garagem e o jardim comportaram seis carros, a área de lazer é ótima e as acomodações são confortáveis. O imóvel é bem organizado e condiz com tudo o que está descrito no anúncio. Fica próxima às praias maravilhosas de Serrambi e, também, das piscinas naturais de Porto de Galinhas. Adorei!! Super-recomendo.
