Hallo Jessica,
schade, dass du den Aufenthalt so negativ bewerten musstest. Wir sind stets bedacht unsere Gäste bestmöglich zu beherbergen. Teile uns daher bitte mit, wo und weshalb aus deiner Sicht Renovierungs-/Erneuerungsbedarf bestünde, da die Unterkunft vor wenigen Monaten erst umfangreich renoviert wurde und die Betten und Matratzen weniger als ein Jahr alt sind.
Das Konzept, sowie die Lage der Unterkunft ist anhand der Inseratsbilder- und Texte ausführlich beschrieben. Dies im Nachhinein zu bemängeln ist äußerst bedauerlich, da wir mit dem Konzept bewusst Wohnraum schaffen, statt wegnehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge dürfen auch immer gerne privat mitgeteilt werden, statt in Form einer negativen Bewertung.
