City-Close Guest Room in Esi’s Penthouse in Tübingen

The cozy non-smoking comfort room in Esi’s penthouse is located on the lower floor of a modern, attractive apartment building. Ample parking is available directly in front of the house. The accommodation is just a few minutes’ walk from Tübingen’s city center and is surrounded by a green oasis. Guests have access on the lower floor of Esi’s penthouse on the 4th floor of a new building to a guest room, a small hallway with a mirrored wardrobe, and a modern, lovingly furnished bathroom with all comforts such as toiletries and towels. An elevator is available. The hosts have private rooms upstairs. Guests are welcome to use the rooftop terrace at any time—naturally without the hosts.



In the guest room, you sleep in a large, high-quality double box spring bed (2x2 m). On request, the bed can be converted into two single beds for a small extra charge, creating a twin room. Down comforters and pillows as well as hypoallergenic bedding are available. If needed, a third extra bed (folding bed) or a crib can be provided, also for a small extra charge. The room features a comfortable, modern armchair for reading or relaxing. Directly in front of the room is a small hallway, also part of the guest area.



For self-catering, a small fridge, espresso machine, kettle, and a variety of teas are provided. A snack bar as well as sparkling and still water are available free of charge and without limit. Right next to the guest room is your own small, lovingly furnished bathroom with shower and WC. There you will find all toiletries and towels prepared for you.
