Make the most of the south-facing terrace with garden furniture. This studio, tastefully decorated, is nestled within a property with a walled garden, ensuring total peace and privacy. The large bay window opens onto the terrace, filling the space with natural light, while multiple windows provide excellent ventilation.



Located in "Vieux Courseulles," everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, bowling, mini-golf, supermarkets—all less than 10 minutes away on foot. Take the opportunity to visit the D-Day beaches!
