Apartment on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), ideal for families or couples. Bright living room with terrace and sea view. Open, equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Sunny rear terrace with inland view. Parking not accessible from 01/04 to 30/06/26. Wifi: yes. Parking: not included. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
