Casa Montecarlo is set in a truly beautiful location, surrounded by olive trees just below the medieval village of Montecarlo. The property is made up of two separate apartments (Tramonto and Ulivo), which are not connected to each other – the outdoor areas are also clearly divided, so each apartment can enjoy complete privacy.
The Tramonto apartment is modern and thoughtfully furnished: you enter directly into the kitchen, which opens onto a cosy living room with TV, a double sofa bed, and large French doors leading out to the private terrace. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, and there is also a modern bathroom with a shower.
Among the olive trees you will find a private hot tub, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the middle of nature.
The location combines peace and nature with the convenience of the village: Montecarlo can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Here you’ll find small shops, cafés, bars and several restaurants – perfect for authentic Tuscan evenings. From here, you can easily explore Lucca, Pisa and Florence, as well as charming wine towns and beautiful villages in the surrounding area.
