Villa Nene is a spacious 300 m² private retreat set on an impressive 13,000 m² estate near Labin and Rabac. Surrounded by peaceful Istrian countryside, the villa offers complete privacy and tranquility, while still being close to charming coastal towns known for their crystal-clear sea, beautiful beaches, and excellent local gastronomy. Labin enchants visitors with its historic old town and artistic atmosphere, while Rabac is famous for its scenic coastline and vibrant seaside promenade.



Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa for two additional guests. There are 4 modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Guests can enjoy a private 55 m² saltwater swimming pool surrounded by ten sun loungers and two sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
