Upper floor: Living room with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 5 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. The property consists of 2 separate apartments, with separate entrances to the ground floor and the upper floor.
