For shared use: natural state property 1'500 m2, garden (not fenced), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bakery 1.3 km, café 1.3 km, bus stop 1.3 km, railway station 1.3 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 158 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
