Gîte “La Gariotte” with Shared Pool and Jacuzzi

We are located in the Lot department in the Occitanie region, west of Cahors and just north of Puy-l’Évêque, a few kilometers from the Lot River, in the commune of Montcabrier. Our estate is at the end of a small hamlet of seven houses, in Le Fraysse, surrounded by beautiful woodland where nature takes center stage.



In this peaceful setting, we offer four gîtes for 2 to 5 guests each. The 55 m² La Gariotte gîte comfortably hosts up to 5 people. It features a living room with wood stove, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed and two singles), a bathroom (shower and sink), separate toilet, two storage rooms, and two private terraces. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private TV, and washing machine.



Outside, relax on your private terraces with garden and barbecue. The shared garden provides a tranquil space, while the heated outdoor pool with children’s area invites you to unwind. Table tennis and a shared exercise bike are also available.



On-site parking for one car is included. Four bikes and two e-bikes are at your disposal, along with a shared bike storage room. There’s also a shared charging station for electric vehicles. Please note that events are not allowed. Breakfast is available for an extra charge.



The accommodation should be left tidy: floors, dishes, trash, and beds stripped. If excessive cleaning is needed, a fee may be deducted from the deposit.
