Our 95 m² holiday rental, featuring an open-concept sleeping loft, underfloor heating, and a spacious property with a pond, warmly welcomes you. A parking space and a bicycle storage room are also available to you.

Look forward to a cosy and spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette. This area forms the heart of the apartment and is equipped with a comfortable couch, TV, and a separate dining area.

All other rooms are accessible from the living room. A staircase also leads to the open sleeping loft, which is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a children’s play area, and a cot.
(Please note: The staircase is visible in the photos. We recommend that guests with mobility issues use the lower bedroom.)

The separate bedroom features a double bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Far from the tourist centers and nestled in the island’s natural surroundings, our holiday home is located in the quiet, idyllic village of Buschvitz on the Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden.
Our guests appreciate the peaceful, nature-filled setting, which promises relaxation and authenticity and is in harmony with the diverse birdlife.

The spacious shared property, which includes a grill area, fire pit, and seating area, offers plenty of room to relax and ensures ample space for even our four-legged guests to roam freely. At the same time, Buschvitz is a perfect starting point for extended biking and hiking tours, as well as for excursions to the island’s famous highlights.

Popular destinations such as Binz, Cape Arkona, or the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs are easily accessible in about 20 to 30 minutes by car. The surrounding area thus offers a wide range of possibilities for nature lovers, active holidaymakers, and those seeking peace and quiet alike.
