Non-Smoking Home: For a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, please do not smoke inside the apartment. Feel free to smoke outdoors in designated areas.

Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful community and kindly ask you to minimize noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to allow everyone a restful sleep.

Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people stated at booking. For additional visitors, we appreciate a prior agreement.

Eco-Friendly: We place a great value on environmental protection. Please help us by separating waste and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality Appreciated: We value your time and ask you to adhere to the agreed times for key handover and return. Please inform us in case of any delays.

Careful Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 11:00 AM on your departure day and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open Communication: If something is not right during your stay or accidentally breaks, please inform us – we understand that small mishaps can happen.

Safety First: Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to secure your personal belongings.
