A charming and cosy little cottage in the heart of Konstanz. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the train station. The little cottage is beautifully situated in a courtyard, making it very quiet. A lovely garden with a seating area lets you unwind, recharge, and relax.
There are many restaurants, great cafes, bars, and shops in the immediate vicinity. The harbour is within walking distance.

The Accommodation
This cosy little house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a toilet, the living-dining area, and a small kitchenette. You can prepare simple meals in the kitchen. It’s not suitable for cooking 6-course meals. A staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area, where there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide); however, the doorway to the bedroom cannot be closed with a door. There is a third single bed in front of the bedroom. The room in front of the bedroom is a walk-through room. Please note that if there are three of you staying here, while the spaces are physically separate, there is no door that can be closed between the two sleeping areas. There is also a bathroom with a sink on the second floor, so you won’t have to make your way to the bathroom at night.
