This modern studio is located in a beautifully restored tenement house in the Old Town, which gives it a unique, one-of-a-kind character. High ceilings and a large arched window emphasize the historical atmosphere of the interior, while filling the space with natural light. It is a place where the elegance of old architecture blends harmoniously with modern comfort.



The lounge area features a sofa bed and a Smart TV with cable access, perfect for quiet, relaxing evenings. Next to it is a large double bed, which will help you get a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing.



On the other side of the studio, there is a compact, fully equipped kitchenette. In addition to basic appliances, guests have access to a pressure coffee maker, which will make your mornings more pleasant with an aromatic cup of your favorite drink. The dining table creates a comfortable space for late breakfasts or a peaceful start to the day.
