Townhouse with exceptional sea views, bright, located in a privileged and quiet area of Cala Rajada. A 10 minute walk from Cala Agulla, white sand beach, and close to restaurants and bars. A few minutes from downtown.
Of 180 m2 of housing and 400 m2 of plot, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, utility room and a toilet. As well as a living room with large windows from where you can contemplate the beautiful views of the bay. And from there, access to a large terrace with 4 hammocks, table and chairs for 6 people, parasol and pool (dimensions 5x3, depth max 2m) where to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing sunset.
The first floor is distributed in 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with hairdryer and bathtub, both bright and overlooking the sea. The master bedroom, with double bed, has large windows overlooking the sea and the bathroom en suite; the other 2 bedrooms, have two single beds.
The roof terrace with a sun terrace, spacious and with two hammocks to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay of Cala Agulla.
A few minutes walk you will find everything you may need to enjoy your vacation, such as restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops, as well as other coves that you can easily reach by strolling along the promenade.

Wonderful Holiday!

The property was exactly as advertised and provided for a wonderful stay in Cala Rajada. We were three adult women and we each had our own bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms to share. The kitchen was well appointed - plenty of appliances, serving dishes, etc. (even a fondue pot!). The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked well. We used the outdoor space a lot. There is a outdoor dining table outside the living room and four lounge chairs next to the pool. There is a shower next to the pool and faucets right outside the living room door to shower off any sand before coming inside. The third floor terrace was also delightful. It has four lounge chairs and its own shower too. We walked to shops for groceries, beach gear, and water. There were umbrellas for the outdoor dining table and beach. Parking was on the street just outside the property, and we never had trouble finding a space. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend!

Amazing Holiday in Cala Literes

We stayed as a family of four (two children under 6) in July 2021 and the apart/house was perfectly sized for us. The kitchen, living and dining area is on the ground floor with the three bedrooms all together on the second floor which was ideal for us as a family. The views were spectacular and probably the best we've experienced in a rental property with a full 180 degree view from both the living room, the terrace outside (which was shaded during the mornings which was great) and master bedroom over the beautiful bay of Cala Agulla. In the middle of summer in Mallorca, air conditioning is critical and the system in place at the property worked flawlessly. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and so does the living room so it's very comfortable. The pool was a great size and being right outside with easy view from the living room and master bedroom made it very convenient to keep an eye on the kids while they used it extensively. The property is well maintained and there's everything there you would need for a comfortable long holiday. If I was pushed to come up with any point for improvement I would say the dishwasher worked well but probably needs an upgrade at some point and the beds were comfortable but a little on the firmer side for me (but that is the Mallorquin style and my wife was very happy). Having both a washing machine and separate dryer was very much appreciated as it made the laundry duties much easier. There is a nice sized terrace right outside the living room which was also lovely to enjoy meals and drinks in the evening with the views over the bay. The area is lovely - Cala Literes is less than 5 minutes away on foot where you can enjoy nice meals at the diving centre. You can also walk to Cala Agulla in about 15 minutes which is beautiful and fantastic for kids as the water stays shallow quite far out into the bay. All the shops and conveniences of Cala Ratjada are also within walking distance so the property is very well positioned. Overall, the property was fantastic and we had a brilliant, relaxing break. Bettina also looked after us all in an extremely considerate manner - check in was very smooth, communication was excellent and she helped us with a number of other things we requested. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity but alas next year is already fully booked.
