Just 25 feet from the beach you can't get any closer on Sanibel! Sundial Beach Resort & Spa is the perfect family getaway offering pool, tennis, BBQ grills, hot tub and clubhouse with children's activities. Unit E208 is a two bedroom plus den/two bathroom direct gulf front condo offering King, two queens and sleeper sofa. Also offers full kitchen, washer/dryer, Four TV's, Two DVD Players, and high-speed wireless internet access. Can accommodate up to 6 people.

Sundial is one of Sanibel’s top destinations with vacationers returning year-after-year and has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation. Enjoy the bar and restaurant on site plus a tiki bar with happy hour specials by the main pool.

Please not that due to overcrowding our guests are not able to use the mail pool, fitness room, bikes or kayaks. There is a very nice pool at Building E and several places to rent bikes and kayaks on the island. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Please note that Sundial E208 rentals must begin and end on Saturdays.

Great area of the island / great view

Condo has a great view of the beach and ocean. Condo is very clean and well stocked. Loved having access to umbrellas and beach chairs in storage closet. However, I think the broken items should be discarded.

What an amazing spot!

First, a huge shout out of thanks to the owner. We had a technical problem get access to the unit, contacted Erik and with a couple of other calls we were in. The location was beautiful and just off the beach. The condo was clean and we'll appointed. One of the best stays we have had. Thanks again Erik.

Outstanding property on Sanibel

We have stayed at a number of places Sanibel over the years, and this is easily the nicest place we have stayed. Everything is updated and incredibly nice. The decor made us feel like we were in our own home. And we loved staying on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The view is much better than ground level. The only issue we had was appliances. The microwave and dish washer didn’t work when we arrived. The refrigerator door needs to be closed tightly, otherwise it stays open. (Which can be an issue with smaller kids) that said, the property management company was extremely responsive and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

Has everything you need

The pictures in this rental are exactly how the condo looks. The location is GREAT! We had a group of 6 Adults that came to Sanibel for a week. This Condo has an outside storage room that has all the toys and needs for the beach. Including chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, floatation devices and even a large cooler! What a surprise to see all this. The sliding glass doors for the balcony fully opens, allowing the outside to come in the inside for all the hear the waves and enjoy the weather. The furnishings and bedding were very good. The previous review stated there were problems with the locks and toilet. We did not have those problems. Yeah, the guest bedroom has a TV without Cable, but we didn't watch any TV as we were always out on the beach or enjoying the outside! We were on the beach shelling everyday! So many shells. The refrigerator does not have an automatic ice machine, but it has 4 ice trays that you manually fill. We loved the oscillating fan in the guest bedroom for white noise at night. We didn't do any cooking but enjoyed our cocktails on the balcony. Do wish there were more glassware and dishes as we had to run the dishwasher several times to keep them clean for the next use. For information on the island, there is Sanibel WELCOME center when you first come to the island for information on what to see and do. For those seeking a great location with a great view, this is the place to come ! If we ever come back to Sanibel, we would be renting this location agaijn.

`Our trip did not start very good. We drove 17 hours to get to our condo. We picked up the keys and when we arrived at the Sundial we found our room and unpacked our truck. We went to our condo the keys did not work. So we thought we were in the wrong place. We got back into our truck called the rental place and they told us we were in the correct place and we told them the keys did not work. By the time we got there maintenance was there. Guess what there keys didn't work either. The whole time we had problems with our keys. First problems the toilet in the main bathroom every time you flush the toilet would run(we even called maintenance to fix the problem and still did not work). Also the shower curtain in the guest bathroom in inside out,. There is no cable tv in the guest bedroom. Every condo I have been in Florida has cable in every room. The bedrooms have no ceiling fans. You walk into the bedroom and flip a switch to nothing. The guest bedroom has an oscillating fan(REALLY). There is no phone books in the condo. no information at all about the island(thankfully we have been going down there since I was 5 and actually knew the island) and the kitchen is not equipped(your toaster only half works) and there is no ice maker. Needless to say next year we will be staying elsewhere.

Sundial is a great condo complex. This condo E208 is really nice and has everything you would want for your vacation. The owner keeps the condo emmaculate and updated. It was a short stay for us because of Ian but we will return once the island opens and will stay in this condo again

Perfect!

The condo was clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. The direct view of the Gulf was awesome. Just what we wanted. And so were the shells on the beach, which our grandchildren really enjoyed. Erik, the owner, was caring and very responsive to our needs. We hope the property suffered only minimal damage from Hurricane Ian.

Sanibel is a very special place!

You can't beat the location of Eric's condo. The view of the beach is so incredible. The apartment is decorated nicely and the kitchen is stocked with most of what a person would need if they like to cook and eat at home. Everything you need for the beach is there including chairs, umbrellas, kids' toys, and more. The beds were comfortable. My only two issues (and only issues because we had not anticipated these) were the noise from neighboring remodels which happens at this time of year apparently, and most of the amenities of Sundial are off limits to owners/guests. Be sure to know that and mainly, if you are traveling with little ones not let them see the pool slide because you have to tell them no.

Great vacation

We traveled with 5 adults and a 7 and 5 year old and we had plenty of room. The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the view of the gulf from our windows. It is a very short walk to both the beach and pool. Honestly, had a hard time leaving this morning. To all who stay here, enjoy!

Perfect condo , closet condo to the beach!

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The condo has comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch! Also the 2nd floor was convenient for us. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Close to the Beach

Almost impossible to stay in a condo that is closer to the beach than this one. Very well furnished and well stocked with every kitchen utensil you need. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. If you are prone to getting bug bites, bring "No See Um" spray. We defiantly stay here again.

Beautiful Sanibel

The condo was very nice, well equipped. The listing was very accurate. The check in was delayed because the cleaning was not complete. There was food left in the oven on a cookie sheet. Internet was out the better part of 4 days. The owner/ property manager was quick to respond to all correspondence.

Great beach/sunrise location

This property was amazing; from the well designed and appointed unit, to the beautiful sunrises and beach access. So many mornings spent enjoying a cup of coffee from the lanai to walking the beach during low tide to watch the sunrise. The unit had many beach toys and chairs to use and the provided beach towels were a huge benefit too. Tip! Pack less, the unit laundry was very helpful, we could've brought fewer clothes had we thought about the convenience this served. We've been to Sundial before and the complex amenities from the pools, well kept grounds, Bailey's convenience store and restaurants make it a wonderful and relaxing place. We would definitely stay here again and this unit is one of the best!

Great condo

My husband and I stayed in this unit on our 25-wedding anniversary trip. It was big enough for three couples even though it was just us. It was clean and had several little things that made it even nicer - beach supplies, beach towels, everything we needed in kitchen. I sleep with a fan so was happy to even find two boxes fans in closets. Lots of plugs and even extension cords. Great condo with patio right on beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Couldn't have been happier

We just finished our amazing week on Sanibel at the Sundial, and I'm still amazed that we were able to secure the condo where we stayed for the week. This condo was amazing! Incredibly clean, very well appointed with everything that we needed for the week, and the gulf-front view was absolutely spectacular. My wife and I have vacationed in Sanibel at least once a year for over ten years, and this was hands down the best condo we've used. The second floor is high enough to enjoy the view of the gulf but close enough to the ground for quick access to the beach. Thank you so much for sharing the condo with us and allowing us to enjoy all the best of Sanibel again!

Great location, spacious condo.

Really the perfect location in Sanibel, steps from the best beach on the island, close to amenities, plenty of space and a beautiful view. Only issue is the wifi, not going to cut it if you want to stream media or work from the condo.

This property has everything. It is right on the beach where you can watch morning sunrises and hear the ocean waves. The closet was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and more for a day of fun on the beach. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. My family enjoyed this condo more than any other property we have ever stayed at!

Sunny Sanibel Spring Break

We had amazing view of the gulf and loved listening to the surf from the lanai! The beautiful condo had a closet outside the front door with beach chairs we enjoyed and other beach toys. The only sad thing is leaving, we could use another week!
