79m² vacation home with sauna, wood-burning stove & close to the beach

A very charming and spacious 79-square-meter holiday home in Scandinavian style, located within walking distance of Großenbrode’s South Beach. Thanks to its well-designed layout, this home is well-suited for multiple generations and ideal for 6–8 people. Dogs are also welcome.

The holiday home is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated; large windows provide plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The three bedrooms are slightly offset from one another. A large bedroom with a double bed is right next to the spacious bathroom, which features a sauna and shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or two single beds, respectively, and are located on the other side of the house near the small bathroom with a shower. The alcove offers two additional sleeping spots with a double bed, which are always very popular with the younger family members. A cot and a high chair are available in the house.

The open and central living and kitchen area serves as a cosy gathering spot for everyone and creates a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. A large and cosy sofa area invites you to relax, and the dining table, set slightly apart, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together and culinary highlights.

The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.
From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. The larger bathroom provides access to a private sauna. A washing machine with a dryer function is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every holiday home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for 49 € each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
