Modern apartment with terrace in La Tranche-sur-Mer – Perfect for your holiday!



Enjoy a pleasant stay in this lovely apartment, ideally located in La Tranche-sur-Mer. Situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs, this bright and comfortable accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing break with family or friends. There is a parking space on the property and a private entrance.



Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be booked for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.



The apartment has been carefully prepared—please respect the premises. Even if you choose the cleaning option, you are asked to leave the property tidy, wash, dry, and put away the dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. You will be welcomed for key handover and rental instructions. Please indicate your approximate arrival time on the morning of your stay via the booking platform’s messaging system.



Please do not subscribe to internet options such as Prime, video on demand, etc. If this rule is not respected, additional charges may apply.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and set out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
