Just 200 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach!

Includes Wi-Fi and a dishwasher!

This approximately 55-square-meter two-room apartment was partially renovated and furnished in 2023.

From the spacious living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony (with an electric awning), where you can enjoy the sun until evening.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table for 4 people, and storage space. A 40-inch flat-screen TV (Smart TV) and a DAB+ stereo system with USB playback and Bluetooth are also provided.

Books and games are also provided.

The shower room has been completely renovated and equipped with a rain shower and handheld showerhead, a vanity with an illuminated mirror, and a heated towel rack.

New, light-colored bedroom furniture awaits you in the bedroom.

The kitchen includes all essential appliances, such as a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a microwave, etc.

A washing machine with a coin-operated dryer and a drying room are located in the basement. A parking space

and a bicycle storage room are also included.

The entire apartment has wood-look vinyl flooring.

The Seeschlösschen is located in a quiet yet very central area. It’s just a two- to three-minute walk from here to the main beach,

city centre, and the nearest shopping areas.

Towels and bed linens are not included, but can be booked with us prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
