Spanning 38 m², the apartment features a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa nook, an armchair, and a dining area, as well as an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living room. Tile floors in the living room and bedroom ensure a pleasant, low-maintenance living experience, and thanks to privacy screens on all windows, your privacy is always protected.

For relaxing moments outdoors, you’ll have a covered balcony with patio furniture and a beautiful view of the garden—ideal for breakfast or a peaceful end to the day. The central location makes many amenities easily accessible on foot: shopping is about 450 m away, and restaurants are about 270 m away. The fine-sand beach and the Baltic Sea are about 700 m away.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and tea towels. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, window, hot water, and a hair dryer. Particularly convenient for longer stays: a washing machine (for personal use), dryer, and clothes rack are available; a vacuum cleaner, coat rack, chest of drawers, and full-length mirror round out the amenities.
