Cubanzestraße 43 Apartment 12 - PAULA: bright and modern 2-room apartment

This welcoming and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 43 m²) is located on the ground floor. The apartment is highly functional and fully equipped. The living areas have laminate flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The light-filled and spacious living room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as a spacious wall unit. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 5 m² terrace (facing northeast) with comfortable seating—here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV with Apple TV, including Netflix and Amazon Prime (requires your own account), Bluetooth, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player, including a nice selection of CDs. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi. A phone is available for free calls to German landlines.

The dining area is directly adjacent to the living area. It is furnished with a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen is located directly behind the dining area. It features a built-in kitchen unit with a refrigerator that includes a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The separate and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third adult and a child up to 8 years old.

The inviting bathroom features a toilet, bathtub, vanity cabinet, stool, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the entryway of the apartment.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

For people with limited mobility or who use wheelchairs, there is a 93 cm wide, flat entrance ramp in the building’s entryway, next to the stairs leading to the front door.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
